Who we are

Education only

We sell recorded video lessons that explain how financial markets, including currencies and metals, work. We do not give trading tips, signals, calls or personal investment advice. We do not manage money, offer demo trading accounts, or promote any broker or platform. No profit or income is promised. Please read the risk disclaimer.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give true details when signing up.
• Your account is for you only. Do not share your login with anyone.
• An account works on one device at a time. You can switch device a limited number of times a month; after that, contact us to reset it.
• Keep your password and login codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Courses and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) on each course page and are paid once.
• The half course unlocks the first part of the lessons; the full course unlocks every lesson.
• You can upgrade from the half course to the full course by paying the difference.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Access is for as long as the course is offered on this website ("lifetime access"). We may update, improve or reorder lessons over time.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy: a full refund within 7 days of payment if fewer than 3 paid lessons have been opened.

Videos and content

All videos, notes and materials belong to Trade with Fuzail. They are for your personal learning only. You may not download, record, copy, share, sell or upload them anywhere. Videos show your name as a watermark.

Blocking an account

We may block an account, without refund, if it is shared, if the videos are recorded or shared, or if these terms are broken in another way. If you think your account was blocked by mistake, contact us.

Limits of responsibility

Any trading or investment decision you make is your own. Trade with Fuzail is not responsible for any loss you make from trading. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We try to keep the website available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
